My journey began in the corporate world, where I spent over three decades working at the intersection of technology, business, and leadership. For 8 years at Microsoft, I led teams, drove enterprise strategy, and witnessed firsthand how technology could transform the way organisations operate.

But I also saw something else: the gap between what technology could do and what most businesses — especially small and medium enterprises — were actually doing with it. The tools were there. The knowledge wasn't being transferred. And the entrepreneurs who needed it most were being left behind.

That realisation became my mission. I left the corporate world to build something different: a coaching and training practice dedicated to helping entrepreneurs harness the power of AI, systems, and execution excellence to build businesses that work for them — not the other way around.

Over the years, I've trained more than 10,000 professionals across industries, earned certifications in Project Management (PMP), MBTI, and CliftonStrengths, and built the SMARTER AI Business Performance System — a proven framework that helps entrepreneurs integrate AI into every layer of their business.

I also founded BACH (Biz, AI & ChatGPT Hub) — a free community where entrepreneurs come together to learn, share, and grow. Because I believe that access to knowledge should not be a privilege, and that the AI revolution should lift all boats, not just the ones with the biggest budgets.
